Adding colour to my film?

Should I add colour? I did some tests to find out.

In my sketchbook I created this little storyboard to help me plan out how I want the colours to move across the screen.

Next, I added all the colours onto layers in photoshop to see how it might look if I were to actually use this concept in the film.

To save time I only use the colour green, but if I were to actually use this concept in the film then I would add all the other colours too.
