Animating Arran

I have anaimted just over half the film at this point in time and currently on the scene which involves Flora standing on top of a mountain which overlooks Arran.

I like this scene a lot and it has been going well so far as the animate isn't too challenging and the design is nice.

I want to add more line texture to the final design of the landscape, so I explored the use of cross hatching in my sketchbook, which I like a lot.

I translated this over to photoshop too.

I did this with the paper background and the plain white one too. I like the paper more.

Adding colour?

Next, I decided to explore the use of colour and painted textures in my film and how it could look to add the three popular colours of the suffragettes into the landscape I was working on.

I am not sure how I feel about it.
